• A project is eligible if it aligns with the CLLD strategy implemented in the territory and meets at least one of the following criteria: innovative nature, collective interest, or collective beneficiary.
• The project may receive up to 80% public funding of the total cost. Therefore, the project leader must secure at least 20% self-financing (own funds, private contributions, loans, etc.).
• The applicant organization must have sufficient cash flow to finance the project upfront, as grants are reimbursed retroactively upon submission of paid invoices.
• The project must not be completed prior to submitting the funding application.
